Finalists Unveiled for Global Poker Awards Fans Choice Categories

The Global Poker Index (GPI) and The Hendon Mob (THM) have actually released the “last 4” prospects for each of the Global Poker Awards’ Fans Choice classifications. Said classifications are Best Trophy, Fave Livestream (yes, that’s “Fave”), People’s Choice for Poker Personality, and Best Hand.

The last vote in these classifications is open to the general public, with the tally offered on the Global Poker Index’s site. One vote is allowed per individual, IP address, and e-mail address, though anybody who enacted the last round can vote once again in this last round. Surprisingly, vote tallies do not reset; votes in the last round are contributed to previous votes.

Here are the finalists for the Fans Choice awards:

In addition to the Fans Choice awards, GPI and THM formerly launched the list of candidates for 17 other classifications. These were voted upon from a bigger list of finalists by a panel of media members, poker gamers, and others in the poker market. Unlike with the Fans Choice classifications, the ballot in these classifications is closed; the winners will be revealed at the Global Poker Awards event on March 3.
